eWomenNetwork Foundation is committed to reaching out, Femtoring®, and lifting the future generation of up and coming young women. Our Rising Star Retreat for Teens provides an opportunity for teen girls, ages 15-17 to:

• Discover the power of her own authenticity
• Learn key leadership skills
• Deepen her understanding of the value of a network of her own
• Build and strengthen her character
• Explore strategies for staying true to herself in the face of peer pressure
